I love that it does everything in one program. It's way easier to use than the system we came from that had at least five different apps. I like that it's cloud-based so I can use it from my laptop from anywhere. Our members like that they can look up their bills online and pay everything on a tab.
On some of our older touchscreen monitors (the square kind), we can't use all of the features without some losses in functionality. In fairness, they told us that the monitors, which are about 15 years old are not supported and we had to spend about $200/monitor for newly upgraded touch screen monitors that are much better.
