THE POSITIVES

  • The dashboards are great because I can now see my Lightspeed data on one page, combined and compared to my budget.
  • The auto pricing is worth at least $50,000 a year to us.
  • The waitlist does a few things for us. It makes us money because it helps to fill cancellations but it also saves us phone time because we send callers to it so they get the updates on their mobile and don't call us to just "check-in"!

Golf Geek improved the Lightspeed product for us. There's a lot to love about Lightspeed but the separation between retail, golf and food was a real challenge for us. Golf Geek fixed that and kept me from having to learn a new system. Add in the extra revenue we get from the demand pricing and waitlist and this is now very important to our success.
