Teesnap makes managing the tee sheet super easy. It has fantastic round calculation and allows you to set up tournaments with ease, provide payouts, and input costs of the tournament. The inventory management function is easy to use and highly functional. It provides customers many different ways to pay, a/r, Club credit, cash, check, or card. Members are able to create a profile and hook to their phone's wallet. The Teesnap tablet scans a QR code and takes care of the purchase. Teesnap also has a ticket system to utilize in your restaurant, allowing table layouts and numbering systems, kitchen tickets, and the ability for customers to easily split a tab!
It is not yet integrated with Golf Genius. However, we've been told they are working on a deal, so that will add even more functionality. Viewing and compiling reports is time consuming, and you really have to have a deep understanding of the data points and how they are laid out on the system. It could be much more user friendly.
There were some reliability issues at times but they have been resolved.
Product is easy to use, I liked the fact that it was cloud based and would run even when internet was out. Great onboarding and set-up from the customer service support team. We left CPS for Teesnap.
Small screen size of the Ipad. Credit card when we used it was swipe only not chip reader and this was very cumbersome.
