ForeTees

Very user friendly. There has not been a feature that we desired that isn't available for use through FORETEES. The tee sheet is easy to use and looks good for members, allowing us to post daily course conditions and reminders to members. We can easily alter the tee sheet for events and change tee times easily when needed. It allows us to utilize member profiles for contact information and member preferences. This platform has everything we need for our daily golf operation!

The platform could be a bit more visually appealing or perhaps tailored for our Country Club (logo, course pictures, etc.). We also do not currently have the golf simulator reservation system. Due to construction we had to shut down our simulator for a few years. We have two brand new simulators now and have a men's and women's winter league currently utilizing them. Without the FORETEES reservation system we have been limited to using the old 3-ring binder method for booking slots. We are not thrilled with the $1000 set up fee for the reservation system and we are fearful this fee will cause our club president to baulk and explore other cheaper alternatives, resulting in the doing away with FORETEES altogether. We love the FORETEES system in general, but we feel the start up fee is unnecessarily expensive. Additionally, we have had quite a few outages where we (as well as members) lose the ability to access FORETEES. This doesn't happen "often", but seems like at least once a month.
